This computer-based driver improvement course has not yet been approved by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. The course is currently under evaluation by DMV.
There are no other fees. No registration fee, no certificate fee, no reporting fee, and no charge for a retest.

We email it to you within 24 hours of passing. DMV's own posting of the record to your driving history usually takes a further 7 to 10 business days.
Your completion information will be electronically submitted to DMV within 24 hours.
It is your responsibility to determine if your court accepts this computer-based driver improvement course to satisfy a court required driver improvement course.

You were cited in California
Your courtesy notice from the court will say whether traffic school is an option. If it is, you pay the court’s administrative fee, complete a licensed traffic violator school course, and the conviction is masked on your record. You are eligible once every 18 months.
You were cited in Virginia
A court can order the clinic, DMV can require it once your demerit points climb, or you can take it on your own to earn 5 safe-driving points, available once every 24 months. The clinic runs 8 hours and DMV sets the rules for all three routes.
